Printed clothing distribution

Post press processing

1. Arrange the sequence of each process according to customer requirements and product process characteristics Order and arrange production reasonably;

2. Conduct quality and quantity testing on printed semi-finished products;

印前服務

1、上門洽談業務;

2、了解客戶要求，迅速報價;

3、向客戶提供建議和修改方案，認真檢查前期菲林和樣稿，簽訂合同;

4、對客戶原稿文字、菲林、打稿實行三校，實施制作人員簽字制度，并由客戶終審簽字;

5、對較復雜印刷產品，提供成品打樣服務，以便客戶更全面了解產品的制作工藝效果;

6、明確制作要求，全力為客戶作好技術支持，做到合同、菲林、樣稿"齊、清、定"，對改版又不打樣及有相關要求的客戶提供曬藍紙服務，根據客戶要求合理安排生產。

印制服分

1、認真負責地嚴格按照樣稿或客戶要求進行印刷;

2、印刷樣必須經過二級簽樣，力求做到完美無暇;

3、為親自盯機的客戶提供休息場所;

4、為達到客戶的要求，及時解決印刷中出現的問題。

印后加工

1、根據客戶要求結合產品工藝特點安排各道工序的先后

順序，合理安排生產;

2、對印刷半成品進行質量及數量檢測;

3、裝箱，打包，打托，配送貨單，專車，物流配送。
